CBA can carry out a comprehensive review of a company’s or organisation’s activities and highlight where environmental impacts take place. We then review all statutory and regulatory obligations and measure performance in meeting them. Having completed a thorough review of current performance, each client is then presented with options for improvement together with estimated resource and benefit implications. How far we go in helping clients implement solutions is based upon the needs of the individual organisation but might include staff training programmes, annual review and performance updates, or fully supported implementation strategies.
